Our extensive knowledge and experience plus access to a vast array of spare parts for all leading boiler brands means, that in most cases, we’ll be able to fix your problem right away.
If we have to obtain specific parts or if the work required is very complex (i.e. longer than two hours), we’ll give you a clear assessment of what the problem is, how it will be fixed, how long this will take and how much it will cost. We’ll then organise a time to come back at your convenience to complete the repair.
We will carry out all final safety and efficiency tests to ensure that your system is fixed and working safely. We’ll also advise on how the problem originated and what you can do to help prevent it from happening again
