Gas Safe registered engineers ensure that your boiler will be fitted safely, registered and certified by a qualified engineer. We are also accredited Worcester Bosch and Vaillant installers and as such we can pass on extended warranties to our customers. We do however install many other brands and are able to offer advice on Main, Ariston, Baxi, Glow Worm, Potterton, Viessmann, Vokera…to name a few!

Consultation Visit

Our gas safe engineer will survey your current boiler system, and discuss options based on your requirements, budget and long-term efficiency and reliability.

You will then receive your quote tailored to your individual needs with advice fully compliant with all current legislation. This will include an expected time frame for how long the job should take and a proposed installation date. You can normally expect to receive the fixed price quote within 2 hours. (Please note for more complex jobs, please allow 24 hours for the quote)

Once quote and proposed options are agreed we will schedule in your installation date. If your current boiler has completely stopped working we will endeavour to fit you in the next day.

Installation

Each job is different but a straight change of a combination boiler generally takes around a day. If we are moving location of the boiler or changing from a conventional system to a “combi” boiler we’ll allocate 2-5 days for installation depending on the work involved.

All of our boiler installations comply with Boiler Plus regulations and the manufacturers instructions. This means any boiler we install will be fitted with either smart or compensating controls. We also install as standard filters (such as Magnaclean, Worcester or Spirotech) to prevent debris and metal entering the boiler and fit scale-reducing devices to inhibit scale build up as as London water is extremely hard.

Our aim is to extend the life of your boiler and minimise repairs – no one wants to have their boiler replaced in under 10 years of having it fitted.

Maintenance & Aftercare

We will talk you through how to use your new boiler and run through a best practice check list –including bleeding radiators, topping up system pressure and quick glance trouble-shooting instructions. If you cannot be present we will return at your convenience for an aftercare visit.
We also offer scheduled annual maintenance check ups, servicing and gas safety checks, if required.
